Process Evaluation of the ‘Conexiones/Sharing in Community’ Project: A Logic Model to Systematize Practice

A logic model of the Conexiones/Sharing in Community project in Harrisburg, Linn County.

ANDARES is partnering with the Nonprofit Institute at Portland State University in designing and implementing a process evaluation of the Conexiones/Sharing in Community project. T’his project is being implemented in Harrisburg, Linn County, with the purpose of engaging the Latinx community in reflecting upon their community, identify assets and strengths, and engage in action planning to address areas of opportunity. A central aspect of this project is to collectively draw a map that identifies and describes formal and informal institutions and resources, as well as identify what is lacking in Harrisburg. This project is funded by a grant from an IHN-CCO Delivery System Transformation (DST) grant and a supplementary grant from Linn County Public Health. A first draft of the project’s logic model is below.
